Jacaranda Labs is the data controller named in the privacy policy, and the entity you would write to about any of the rights described there. It is also the seller for anything bought here, though payments are taken by a merchant of record rather than by us: see pricing.

For the two things that should outlive whoever is reading the post today, there are role addresses that reach the same place: privacy@listenbrain.app for a data-subject request and security@listenbrain.app for a vulnerability.
There is no support portal and no ticket number, because there is no support team: Listen is made by one person at a small company. That is worth knowing before you buy something whose whole promise is that nobody else can read your conversations.
It is not a claim about certification. Listen is not certified anything, and naming a registered company does not change that. What the software actually does and how to check it is on what runs where; what is kept about you is on privacy; and nothing on this site is legal, clinical or professional advice.
